WebMy migraines always seem to be more severe on the right side and they start at the back of my head, base of my skull. The pain kind of wraps around to the front of my face behind my eye, and in my ear. I’ve also been experiencing ear pain the past few months. I’ve been to three EMTs and they all say that it is probably TMJ.
