WebFeb 28, 2024 · Necrolord is best for arcane on 3 targets but not the best 5 again. And 3 target fights are rather rare anyways. Or none existant in the current content. And 3 target frost still has Venthyr on top. What do you mean? They are buffing underrepresented covenants which is great honestly.

WebMar 9, 2024 · In fairness, even prior to this buff Necrolord was the best for 3 targets. It’s just that it has 2 glaring issues. First, there aren’t many instances/fights that actually have 3 targets up all the time. Second, it actually works against the Icy Propulsion conduit because Icy Veins no longer lines up with the Skeletal Mage. WebMar 7, 2024 · So Necrolord is better if you use it on bosses in a mythic+ dungeon because it gives you some major dps increase (aka killing bosses faster) when you actually need it.
