WebLaptop Checkout. The WSU Libraries, with support from the WSU Foundation CougParents Fund, offer laptop checkout service to current students, staff, and faculty (current and emeritus). Laptops are available at Owen Library and Holland/Terrell Libraries on a first-come, first-served basis. Checkout is for 4 hours, with no renewals.
