The whole point of the exercise was to de-Google the phone. WitrynaOn the contrary lineage os has weekly security updates while PE has monthly (OnePlus bi monthly). So I guess it just depends on your threat surface. Custom roms can weaken physical security but improve software security. Assuming you have a good password you can negate some issues with encryption but you can only make that call.
