WebThe main adverse event of G-CSF is bone pain. There appeared to be less G-CSF-associated bone pain in the short-acting rhG-CSF group compared with PEG-rhG-CSF group. However, the VAS score showed no significant difference, with a mean VAS score of less than 3 . No other adverse events of G-CSF were reported in both groups. Discussion
