WebJan 13, 2011 · Sounds like your rocker arm geometery is FUBAR from to short of pushrods. The rubbing is because the angle is wrong and stressing the pushrods is bending them. The Alum rocker arms are good just a little to much for a stock setup. I'd get new pushrods and the Comp Cams Steel roller tipped rocker arms. They'd work fine for you.
